Impetigo
Infant (impetigo neonatorum): Staphylococcus (GPC).
Nonbullous or “vesicular” (70% of cases): S. pyogenes (GPC), S. aureus (GPC), anaerobes.
Bullous (30% of cases): S. aureus.
