General Use
Treatment and prophylaxis of peptic ulcer and gastric hypersecretory conditions such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. H2-receptor antagonists and proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) are also used in the management of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
