Infectious myocarditis
Viruses: Enteroviruses (especially coxsackie A and B), Epstein-Barr, adenovirus, influenza virus, HIV, CMV.
Bacteria: Borrelia burgdorferi (Lyme disease), scrub typhus, Rickettsia rickettsii (Rocky Mountain spotted fever), Coxiella burnetii (Q fever), Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Chlamydophila pneumoniae, C. diphtheriae (GPR).
Parasites: Trichinella spiralis (trichinosis), Trypanosoma cruzi (Chagas disease), T. gondii.
