Endocarditis
First Things First
-  Is the patient in shock?  - If so, support ABCs
- Draw blood cultures
- Start antibiotic therapy
- Obtain echocardiogram
- Cardiothoracic surgery consultation
- Infectious disease consultation
 
- Prophylaxis to prevent BE
