Common Street Drugs: Rohypnol (Flunitrazepam)
First Things First (assess & treat for the following)
- Ultra-short-acting benzodiazepine that may result in severe respiratory depression
- ABCs (airway, breathing, circulation)
- Rapid sequence intubation if hypoxic or severe respiratory depression
- Short-acting neuromuscular blockade indicated to prevent stimulation combativeness
