Hypotension

Hypotension: Persistent hypotension after general anesthesia is common, particularly in the elderly, in patients with underlying cardiovascular disease, and after long surgeries. Continuous infusion of vasopressor medications may be required to maintain adequate mean arterial pressure, while appropriate volume resuscitation should be ensured.
